Refund Policy

Because every photo is previewed with a watermark before you pay, you only ever pay for results you've already seen and liked — so "buyer's remorse" refunds rarely come up. We still keep a generous policy for the cases that do happen: accidental purchases, duplicate charges, and rare technical failures.

1. The 14-day window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase (Single Photo, Starter Pack, or Family Pack) for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.

2. How to request a refund

Email mostafa_mohamed12326@yahoo.com with:

  • The email address you used to purchase.
  • The order number or approximate purchase date.

We respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.

3. Used credits

If you've already used some of your credits before requesting a refund, we'll prorate: you receive a refund for unused credits at the original purchase price-per- credit. For example, if you used 3 credits from a 10-credit Starter Pack ($9.99), the refund will be 7/10 × $9.99 ≈ $6.99.

For Single Photo purchases ($2.49), the credit is consumed immediately on the photo you upgraded — refunds for already-delivered single photos are at our discretion if the result was clearly defective.

4. Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time. If we add subscription tiers in the future, this policy will be updated to address them.

5. Delivery issues

Because you preview the restored photo (with a watermark) before paying, quality complaints after purchase are unusual — you decide if the result is worth paying for. The cases we do see and refund without hesitation:

  • You paid but the clean (no-watermark) version never delivered.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or truncated.
  • You were charged but no credits were added to your account.

In each of these, email us — we'll either fix it (re-process the photo, top up the missing credit) at no charge, or refund the purchase, your call.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us substantially more than the refund itself, and we'd rather just refund you directly.
