Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with RestoreLens. If you're not, we'll refund you. No interrogation, no "explain why" form to fill out.
1. The 14-day window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase (Single Photo, Starter Pack, or Family Pack) for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
2. How to request a refund
Email {supportEmail} with:
- The email address you used to purchase.
- The order number or approximate purchase date.
We respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
3. Used credits
If you've already used some of your credits before requesting a refund, we'll prorate: you receive a refund for unused credits at the original purchase price-per- credit. For example, if you used 3 credits from a 10-credit Starter Pack ($9.99), the refund will be 7/10 × $9.99 ≈ $6.99.
For Single Photo purchases ($2.49), the credit is consumed immediately on the photo you upgraded — refunds for already-delivered single photos are at our discretion if the result was clearly defective.
4. Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time. If we add subscription tiers in the future, this policy will be updated to address them.
5. Quality issues
AI restoration is best-effort and quality varies. If you believe a result is defective (e.g. processing failed entirely, output is corrupted), contact us first — we'll often re-process the photo at no charge before issuing a refund.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us substantially more than the refund itself, and we'd rather just refund you directly.
